What we collect

• Enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, postcode, the type of support you are interested in, and the message you send us.
• Job applications: your name, contact details, care experience, cover message, and the CV you upload.
• Technical data: the IP address and browser type used when a form is submitted, which helps us prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a free home care assessment.
• To consider your application for a role with us.
• To keep our website secure and prevent misuse.

Our lawful basis is your consent (when you submit a form) and our legitimate interests in running our business and responding to you.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell your information. Form submissions are stored securely on our systems and emailed to our care coordination team. We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our relationship. Recruitment data is kept for up to six months after a vacancy closes unless you ask us to remove it sooner.

Cookies

This website uses a strictly necessary session cookie that protects forms against forgery. Optional analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. The embedded map on our contact page is provided by Google and only loads when you choose to open it.
